Goals & Objectives
Arrow Digital began working with Lansinoh in 2014 at a time when they were launching new products into the marketplace. The initial goal for Lansinoh was to increase awareness for the brand as well as specific products through SEO techniques and PPC campaigns. Over time, as goals were overdelivered new projects were set, including the development and roll out of multiple websites in various countries globally and using Social Media Advertising to build on Lansinoh’s awareness.
Initially we put together a PPC campaign to get further insights into target keywords. From there we launched an SEO campaign using various different white hat methods and techniques, looking at onsite and offsite SEO. From the success of our initial SEO campaign we began to target a larger set of competitive keywords and again targets were achieved.
We were then given the ongoing task to role out their global website to the Lansinoh distributors in the most cost effective form using the same design as the Lansinoh.co.uk website. We managed to achieve this at a lower cost than they were previously paying, complete all of them (so far) on or before the deadline and accommodate all of the various requests from the different countries.
As social media advertising started to become more prominent we were asked to create campaigns to increase the brand and product awareness through the social channels. We first tested the campaigns in Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and the results showed that at the time of testing we received a much higher proportion of engagement and conversions in Facebook. Through specific targeting and optimisation we again exceeded the targets that had initially been set and therefore this has also become a regular project we work together with Lansinoh on.
